Prize consists solely of Round trip airfare to Miami, Florida for two (winner and guest), Cruise passage for two (winner and guest) aboard the Malt Shop Memories Cruise 2014 . Tips, tranfers, baggage handling and any other incidental fees are the responsibility of the contest winner.

The prize is not transferable and has no reedemable cash value.

Oldies 1480 WDJO is not responsible for replacing tickets for airfare or the Malt Shop Cruise 2014 shoulddue to any flight delays or cancellations or Malt Shop Memories Cruise 2014 delays or cancellations for any reason.

Winner will be required to complete Form 1099 from the Internal Revenue Service.

Winner and guest may be required to sign a release form. Contest winner agree to permit Oldies 1480 WDJO and Alchemy II Broadcasting, LLC to use their names, voice and visage in any promotional
announcements, material and news coverage regarding the contest as a non-paid
