How David Bowie's widow, Iman, paid tribute to her late husband on the second anniversary of his death

Credit: Jimmy KingToday, January 10, marks the second anniversary of the death of David Bowie, who passed away two days after his 69th birthday. To mark the milestone, Bowie's widow, supermodel Iman, took to her Instagram account to post the message, "You will always be part of us. Jan 10th #BowieForever #EverAndEver," along with photos of tattoos that she and her 17-year-old daughter with the rock legend, Alexandria "Lexi" Jones, apparently have gotten in his honor.

Lexi's tattoo, which seems to be located on her forearm, shows an ornate crescent moon along with the phrase "Daddy XXX" and Bowie's birth and death years, 1947-2016. Iman's tattoo is of a Bowie knife and appears on her right ankle.

On Tuesday, Iman posted another Instagram message that reads, "My favorite love story is ours!" accompanied by a series of stylish black-and-white photos of her and Bowie.

Meanwhile, the U.K.'s Official Charts Company has marked the anniversary of Bowie's passing by sharing details about how many albums and tracks by the rock legend sold in the country since his death.

Two million Bowie albums and 3.1 million singles have been sold or streamed in the U.K. over the last two years, including physical sales, digital downloads and stream-equivalent sales. David's final studio effort, Blackstar, has been his most successful U.K. album since his death, notching 446,000 copies in equivalent album sales, while the 2008 Best of Bowie compilation is #2 with 335,000.

As for singles, the 1977 classic "Heroes" tops the list of most popular U.K. Bowie tracks, with 397,000 combined sales. At #2 is David's 1981 collaboration with Queen, "Under Pressure," with 203,000 sales and streams.
